ROAD RASH Spiritual Successor Road Redemption Launches on October 4th:

Road Redemption is an upcoming vehicular combat racing video game being developed by pixel dash studios and EQ games as a spiritual successor to the Road Rash series of vehicular combat  racing video game.

Pixel dash studios has announced October 4th  as a launch date for Road Redemption on PC. The Road Rash like combative motorbike racing has been lurking in steam early access for the best part of three years now while the devs looked to iron out Road Redemption’s performance and bolster the quantity of content.

Changing a fair bit during its lifespan on early Access, Road Redemption is a rogue-lite racer. Throughout the course of the single-player campaign, your biker can be upgraded through a massive skill tree, including new weapons, characters and bikes. The more cash you get on a run, the more upgrades you can grab, ultimately with the goal of getting further each run. For completionsts like me, there is an ending thankfully, along with harder new game plus modes for the more ardent fans.Road Redemption is looking fairly rudimentary but decent, just like  previous Road Rash.

An in-progress version is available through steam early Access, with final release planned for Microsoft Windows, OS X, and Linux on October 4th, 2017. Console versions of road redemption are planned for 2018.
